Ingredients
- 1oz Wild Roots Pear Vodka
- 1 Egg White
- 1oz Seville Sour Orange Juice + Peel
- 1/2oz D’arbo Elderflower syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with no ice. Dry shake for 10 seconds.
- Unlock and fill 2/3 of the way with ice. Shake for 20 seconds in a circular motion.
- Strain into Nick & Nora glass.
- Squeeze sour orange peel towards drink, wipe around glass rim and discard.
