Ingredients
- 1oz Wild Roots Cucumber Grapefruit Gin
- 1oz Lillet Blanc
- 3/4oz Fresh Bergamot Juice + Peel
- 1/4oz RAFT Hibiscus Lavender Syrup
Instructions
- Combine Cucumber Grapefruit Gin, Lillet Blanc, Bergamot juice, and Hibiscus Syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
- Squeeze Bergamot peel towards drink, wipe around glass rim and discard.
